The Floramirris® line of luxury silk art accessories is fashioned in northern Italy--the epicenter of the world's fashion textile industry. Printed on silk twill, the scarves have a subtle shine, fluid drape and butter-soft touch, yet hold a knot perfectly and expertly finished with hand-rolled hems.

What profession would you take on if you weren’t a designer?

I would probably be a machinist or watch repairman. I have always loved working with my hands, working on complex mechanical objects and working on minutely detailed things. When I was young, those zany, wacky Rube Goldberg machines fascinated me for hours–with all those complicated maneuvers. So very impractical but so much fun!!!
